HeyPilot: AI Call Center Coordination & Brand Awareness
During HeyPilot's go-to-market I worked not on building the product but on positioning it in the market. Running customer interviews, relaying feedback to the engineering team, preparing field-ready presentations and testing every version were my responsibilities.
Market Positioning
I defined how the product would be positioned in the B2B market and built the pitch deck and presentation content on that strategy

Running B2B customer meetings, needs analysis, and turning expectations into product requirements

Customer Needs Analysis
I ran one-on-one interviews with potential B2B customers, documenting which sectors had which call-center problems, where manual processes got stuck, and what they expected from AI.

Pitch Deck & Product Demo
I prepared the pitch deck for customer meetings, building the narrative around one question: "What will this product add to your business?" Instead of technical detail, the customer's solved problem took center stage. The deck is live at deck.heypilot.com.tr.

Customer → Engineering Bridge
I prioritized interview feedback and relayed it to engineering. I documented which feature was critical in which scenario, so the team could work from real user needs instead of an abstract wishlist.

QA Testing & Scenario Validation
I tested each new version by simulating customer scenarios. I caught edge cases, filed structured bug reports to the team, and verified that the fixes actually worked.
What Is HeyPilot?
HeyPilot is a B2B SaaS product offering AI-powered call-center infrastructure. By deploying AI agents across voice and text, it aims to cut operational cost and improve customer experience.
It was still pre-launch. At this point, beyond the technical development team, it also needed someone to take the product outward, bring customer feedback inward and test every release. I took that side.
My Role in the Process
It can't really be captured in a single definition. But at its core it was this: while the engineering team built the product, I was talking to the customer, carrying what I learned back inside, and verifying the product was ready for the field.
What I Took Away
I didn't build or code the product. But I directly managed how it would be positioned, how it would be told to the customer, and what had to be validated before it shipped. That distinction matters: combined with my SEO and GEO expertise, my ability to see holistically how a product communicates both inside and out grew stronger.
Beyond that, experiencing an AI product from the inside gave my GEO work a concrete foundation. I saw far more clearly in this process how AI systems handle which content, and which answer formats truly solve user problems.
